Meet three of our employees
 

Anja Bülow Jensen (attorney). From my point of view Lund Elmer Sandager has the right size. The law firm is not bigger than when being a new employee it is relatively easy to get to know your colleagues, however, the law firm is yet so big that there is diversity in both assignments, employees and clients. I appreciate the flat structure which ensures me, that I, in my capacity as employee, become involved, and I enjoy all the possibilities we have in terms of education and development. Being the mother of one  little boy I see it as a great privilege to be employed in a law firm where flexibility and being family friendly are key words.
 

Lisbeth Skifte (legal secretary). To me freedom with responsibility and the informal way of speech in Lund Elmer Sandager is, just to mention a few things, what I appreciate the most. Our working environment is characterized by being both challenging and fun – also when we have a deadline to make. I appreciate the many opportunities we have to meet my colleagues in other connections than the work related. Most naturally we have a summer party, a Christmas lunch, a Christmas party for the entire family and in addition to that we have a very active staff club arranging all kinds of trips from theatre visits over town walks in Copenhagen to visiting a casino. Those interested in running naturally participate in the DHL-relay and several other running events in Copenhagen. I live outside Copenhagen and appreciate the convenience in taking the train to Copenhagen central station and walk the last bit to the office.

Stina Palmberg (assistant attorney). As an assistant attorney at Lund Elmer Sandager Law Firm LLP you become acquainted with a variety of legal areas. The most vital for me is that I didn’t have to decide on a special area already as a newly qualified. On the contrary, I have had the possibility to become acquainted with various legal areas. In no time you are also allowed to stand on your own feet with responsibility for your own cases as well as to have contact with the clients. At the same time, we work as a team with a strong sense of solidarity and understanding between the colleagues always enabling you to find excellent sparring partners – and Lund Elmer Sandager also supports the assistant attorneys excellently by inviting to dinners and other social gatherings.
