The organization

Lund Elmer Sandager is a full-service law firm dedicated to advising clients on business issues and business-related legislation. Our objective is to provide the best counselling possible based on a high professional and ethical level as well as a firm knowledge about each client. Furthermore, we have extensive knowledge and many years of experience within private law issues, such as ownership transfer, succession law and family and matrimonial law, permitting us to advise clients and engage in civil litigation in addition to corporate counselling.
 

In-house and external training has a very high priority, and we focus on combining special knowledge within the various legal subjects with in-depth knowledge of the corporate sector and the many legal and financial issues relevant to company owners, executives and shareholders.
 

Through our international network we also offer competent local legal counselling in major European countries. We are also represented in the US.
 

Our databases are continuously up-dated, and we use state-of-the-art technological tools for information retrieval and for internal/external communication.
 

Lund Elmer Sandager ranks as a major Danish law firm, and at the beginning of 2009 our staff numbered 91, 32 of whom are attorneys.
